# MeetStack

> MeetStack is an iPhone app for capturing leads at trade shows, conferences and

## What it does

- **Business card scanning** — On-device OCR extracts name, title, company, email,
  phone, website and LinkedIn. Card images are never sent to a server to be read.
  Every field is editable before anything is saved. Duplicate contacts are detected
  and can be merged.
- **Event QR lead capture** — Create an event, display its join QR, and attendees
  submit their own details. Consent is explicitly recorded. Leads export as CSV.
- **Digital business card** — Share by QR code, link, NFC tap or Apple Wallet, with
  premium themes. Recipients need no app: the card opens in any browser, and they
  can send their details back in one tap.
- **Follow-ups** — Reminders tied to individual contacts, a daily brief of what is
  due, and relationship health (warm, cooling, cold) based on last contact.
- **Offline** — Scanning, editing, tagging and reminders all work with no
  connection. Card images and changes sync when back online.
- **Teams** — Role-based team accounts, campaigns, contests, and a performance
  analytics dashboard (Business plan).

## Pricing

Prices are USD and set in the App Store; local pricing varies by country. All
plans are in-app subscriptions — there is no web checkout. Subscriptions
auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

- **Free** — $0. 10 card scans a month, 10 active reminders, digital card and QR
  sharing, contact management, CSV and vCard export, voice memos, follow-up
  templates, host up to 3 events, join unlimited events.
- **Pro** — $3.99/month or $19.99/year (the yearly plan saves 58%). Unlimited scans and reminders, duplicate
  detection and merge, advanced filters, premium card themes, AI card parsing,
  AI follow-up writer, AI memo summaries.
- **Business** — $6.99/month or $149.99/year. Everything in Pro, plus unlimited
  events, consent-tracked lead collection, CSV lead export, team accounts with
  role-based access, campaign and contest workflows, and an analytics dashboard.

Export to CSV and vCard is included on every plan, including Free.

## Privacy

- Card OCR runs on the device; business card images are not shipped to a server
  to be processed.
- Voice memos are dictation, not call recording. Speech is transcribed on the
  iPhone and the audio is deleted immediately. MeetStack never records a
  conversation.
- Calendar access is optional and read-only, and calendar data never leaves the
  device.
- Event lead capture collects attendee details only with their explicit consent,
  and logs that consent.

## Common questions

- **Can it replace a rented badge scanner?** For capturing and exporting leads at
  your own booth, yes — create an event, share the QR, collect leads with consent,
  export CSV. It cannot read an organizer's proprietary badge barcodes, which are
  tied to their registration system.
- **Does it work without internet?** Yes, fully. Everything syncs on reconnect.
- **Do recipients need the app?** No. Cards and event forms open in any browser.
- **Which CRMs does it work with?** Any CRM that imports CSV, including Salesforce,
  HubSpot and Pipedrive, via each one's standard importer.
- **Is there an Android version?** Not today. MeetStack is iOS-only, though shared
  cards and event forms open on any device.
